A Smart Solution for Metrology
The FreeScan Combo Series’ laser scanning modes deliver industrial-grade accuracy of 0.02 mm*, making it perfectly suited for metrology applications.
*As per VDI/VDE 2634 standards, sphere-spacing error is evaluated using traceable length artifacts and markers, measured at various positions and orientations within the working volume. Testing is conducted in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017-certified accuracy lab under controlled environmental conditions: temperature 20 ± 0.5°C and humidity 40–60% RH.
Fast Scan Speed
The multiple-line mode (FreeScan Combo + version) projects up to 50 laser lines and achieves scanning speeds of up to 3,600,000 points per second.
